: Location, 10% off food at restaurant, friendly staff when checking in and at the restaurant, very large rooms, good shower. Close to Bernauer Strae and old sections of Berlin wall.
: Overall ok, but felt quite basic. Limited kitchen facilities (no toaster, oven, cafetiere), dishwasher didn't work, and some old bread and cooking oil left in the cupboards.

: The quiet location, with a bakery next door and a supermarket not far away was brilliant. Public transport all really easy too. The restaurant was also handy for an easy meal upon arrival, we really enjoyed our food. The size of the apartment was great and the kitchen was well equipped. Really comfy beds!
: There were no blinds/curtains in one of the bedrooms or in the living room and the blinds in the other rooms werent that great. There was no wine/champagne provided upon arrival, as stated in the confirmation, which was disappointing. The look of the apartment is great but the quality of the fixtures and fittings doesnt match it really unfortunately. We didnt have live tv (but watched things on the Mediathek) and the dishwasher wasnt working when we were there, not that it was a big issue.

: Excellent location close to Bernauer Strasse. Close to tram stops & metro stops and plenty of food options not far away. Very comfortable and quiet room, part of a lovely old apartment building in a charming local neighbourhood. Great food in the attached restaurant downstairs.

: The check-in went smoothly, the room is well-sized and is comfortable for a 2-person stay for a couple days to possibly a week. Clean facilities, a bathtub and a shower, a big bed and even a TV if you want to use it.
: I had to fill in a form with a lot of personal information during my check-in which I am not really used to. I felt like a lot of the information is not really necessary for a hotel to know. On our first night we had no trash bags (just simply forgot, which can happen). We also didn't really have a way to indicate if we needed fresh towels or not (maybe a door hanger could be an option?) Lastly the walls are very thin, so we could hear the neighbours or people walking through the hall often.

: The room was big enough and generally okay but not very welcoming or curated as I would expect from a boutique hotel. But I have to say the price was relatively low compared to the Berlin average in the area.
: There were some IKEA boxes and furniture in the hallway to access the rooms. It didn't give the best welcoming idea. Some furniture, like the chair, was very consumed and didn't give the best impression. I have to add that the toilet seat had a small stain and also in the toilet there was a small stain. I can not say these were due to bad cleaning or just an imperfection of the material. Anyway, they gave me a bad impression and made me think the cleaning was not appropriate. Something to improve
