WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

No parking available.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 7 years old to 14 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 14 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform stadtRaum-berlin apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
In order to arrange the handing over of the keys, guests are kindly requested to indicate their estimated time of arrival in advance. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel/property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

Please note that there is a late check-in fee of EUR 10 per hour after midnight.

If you wish to bring a pet, please make sure to inform the accommodation in advance. For a stay of up to 7 nights there is a charge of EUR 25 per pet. For each additional night an additional EUR 5 will be charged.
